We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in coffee and a naturally service-oriented mindset who puts the guest first. Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar role.
You are self-motivated, social, and adaptable to different situations. You enjoy handling the unexpected, possess strong communication skills, and find it natural to engage in dialogue with both guests and colleagues. You thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment where you can work both individually and as part of a team.
